Strategic Conflict Resolution is a company who strongly believes in helping people find resolution to their disputes. Kaelynn Studebaker is a Court-Qualified Mediator for the state of Utah. Kaelynn is someone who knows how to listen and help you find middle ground that may work for both parties. Her communication skills and negotiating techniques can help both sides find a solution. Some types of mediation that we do include custody, divorce, and small claims. We can help individuals who have disputes with a neighbor, roommate, a family member, or even a stranger.

Pricing

Our standard rate is $100 per hour, but we are willing to do mediations on a sliding scale based on income.
